How can I manage my subscription and what are my options?
Simply log in to your account. You can manage many things related to your subscription including:
- Skip shipments
- Change your subscription order ship date
- Change quantities
- Add products to your subscription
- Swap products
- Add a one time purchase
- Update billing, shipping and credit card info
- Cancel your subscription
After you log in, click "Manage Subscriptions", and then next to the items in your subscription click on the links you wish to use under the “Actions” column. Click the “Edit” link to change your order date, quantity, shipping, billing & credit card information. You can also use the “Edit” link to skip your shipment, swap products or to cancel your subscription.
Note: Having Trouble Logging In? Make sure you've "Activated your Account", which means created a password. You can do this by clicking on the link in the account activation email sent to you after you placed your order.
