How can I manage my subscription and what are my options?

Simply log in to your account. You can manage many things related to your subscription including:

  • Skip shipments
  • Ship your order now
  • Change your subscription order ship date
  • Change quantities
  • Add products to your subscription
  • Update billing, shipping and credit card info
  • Cancel your subscription

After you login, click "Manage Subscription", and then below the items in your subscription click on "View Details" (large orange button/banner). From there you'll see all of the options listed above.

Note: Having Trouble Logging In? Make sure you've "Activated your Account", which means created a password. You can do this by clicking on the link in the account activation email sent to you after you placed your order.
