TikTok Shop enables brands and creators to showcase and sell products directly on TikTok, through a suite of in-app shopping touchpoints.

What is the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program & TikTok Shop button?

TikTok Shop offers an affiliate program for social media influencers and content creators. If you post TikTok videos featuring Akamai products, you can now embed a Shop button that sends viewers directly to our product page at our TikTok Shop.

Do I need to disclose that I am getting compensated in my TikTok Shop video?

“Yes, if you're making a TikTok Shop video that promotes a brand, product, or service, you should turn on the content disclosure setting to label it as 'paid partnership'. You can turn on this setting before or after posting your video, or when you go live. If you don't properly disclose your content, TikTok may remove or restrict your video.”
