Can I cancel my subscription? and how?
Yes - at any time, for any reason. While we’d hate to see you go, we make it easy. No tricks or stumbling blocks, but there are a few steps to follow:
- Log in to your account using the email you used to create an account. (In order to log in, you need to "Activate your Account" (if you haven't already) which means creating a password. Use the link in the account activation email sent to you after you placed your order.)
- Click on “Manage Subscriptions”.
- You'll see a list of your active subscriptions. On the right, click "Manage Subscription". After that, scroll down the page, on the left-hand side you'll see an option to "Skip Shipment" (this will move your shipment to the next scheduled date) or further down, at the bottom on the left, there is a link to "cancel my subscription".
- Click the link to "cancel my subscription"(if you prefer not to Skip your shipment, or even set a new date) then select the reason for canceling and click "proceed", then click "cancel my subscription" and you are done!
