Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes - at any time, for any reason. While we’d hate to see you go, we make it easy. No tricks or stumbling blocks.
- Log in to your account using the email you used to create an account. In order to Login, you need to "Activate your Account" which means create a password. Use the link in the account activation email sent to you after you placed your order.
- Click on “Manage Subscription”.
- Look for the Manage heading and click the pull down arrow and select Cancel Subscription
