Can I cancel my subscription? and how?
Yes - at any time, for any reason. While we’d hate to see you go, we make it easy. No tricks or stumbling blocks. You also have the option to reactivate your subscription if you have too much product or you don't know when you'll need your next shipment.
- Log in to your account using the email you used to create an account. In order to log in, you need to "Activate your Account" (if you haven't already) which means create a password. Use the link in the account activation email sent to you after you placed your order.
- Click on “Manage Subscriptions”.
- Look for the "Actions" column on the right hand side of the subscription you want to cancel, then under it click “Cancel”. Select a reason for canceling (all feedback is super helpful!) and then click "Cancel Subscription".
If you want to reactivate your subscription, in the manage subscription page, scroll down to "Cancelled Subscriptions" then in the “Actions” column click “Re-Activate”.
