Can I cancel my subscription? and how?

Yes - at any time, for any reason. While we’d hate to see you go, we make it easy. No tricks or stumbling blocks. You also have the option to "Pause" your subscription (this option is right under "subscription status") if you have too much product or you don't know when you'll need your next shipment. 

  • Log in to your account using the email you used to create an account. In order to Login, you need to "Activate your Account" which means create a password. Use the link in the account activation email sent to you after you placed your order. 
  • Click on “Manage Subscription”.
  • Look for the "View Details" (large orange banner/button) and click on it. Scroll down to the bottom where it says "Cancel Subscription". Select a reason for cancelling (all feedback is super helpful!) and click "Cancel Subscription".
