How do I add a one time purchase to my subscription?
If you have an active subscription and want to add a one-purchase to your next shipment, simply email email@example.com and we will add it to your next shipment. Payment for the item will be processed when it ships. Alternately, if you want the item sooner you can make a one time at our site and pay a flat shipping fee of $5.
In the future, you will have the option to self-serve using a best in class account management dashboard. We apologize for it not being very user-friendly in its current state. While it falls far below our standards, our hands are currently tied due to the limitations (and frankly poor design) implemented by Bold Commerce, the developers of the app we use for subscription management. We have voiced our concerns to the upper management team at Bold and are now working with them to make much-needed upgrades and improvements. We will not our rest until they are in place. We hope and expect you will see significant improvements soon. In the meantime, thanks for your patience and please email our support team for any subscription or order management help you need.
