What are your "Satisfaction Guarantee" and return policies?

We stand behind everything we make — investing an enormous amount of time and energy in developing products that can help improve health and well-being. If for any reason you are not happy with an item you purchased, you may request a refund or store credit. 

Here are the details (for US shipments):

- Returns, refunds, and replacements (for damaged or missing items, including a missing shipment) are only allowed within 45 days of purchase.

- If there was an error on your order, or any of the products were damaged, we will refund or replace the item at no cost to you. 

- If you'd like a refund for used items that you do not like, we are happy to issue a gift card for the product(s) - you can use this credit towards your next purchase, and you don't need to return the products. This is for single items only (not multiples of the same product). The gift card is a discount code to use at checkout - if you don't want to use it, you can pass it along to a friend or family to use.

- If you'd like a refund on unopened and unused merchandise, you may return it to our warehouse for a refund (less our shipping fee of $7.95, $9.95 for AK or HI). Please note, we do not offer a return shipping label or free shipping on returns - items are returned at the customer's expense. We recommend shipping via USPS as it tends to be the least expensive (make sure you have a tracking#).

We want to make our customers happy - it is one of our goals. We also want to help customers make informed purchasing decisions, which is why we have as much information about our products as possible, along with a lot of customer reviews. Our products may look different and taste different from what you are used to - that is because we do not use any synthetic, highly refined, irradiated, diluted or sweet ingredients. We put health first and let the 100% natural, nutrient-rich ingredients sing. We encourage you to give our products a real try, at least a month (particularly with our oral care).

Does all of this equal a "satisfaction guarantee"? We know we can't guarantee satisfaction, but we try our very best. ;)
