What are your "Satisfaction Guarantee" and return policies?
We stand behind everything we make — investing an enormous amount of time and energy in developing products that can help improve health and well-being. If for any reason you are not happy with an item you purchased, you may request a refund or store credit.
Here are the details:
- If there was an error on your order, or any of the products were damaged, we will refund or replace the item at no cost to you.
- If you'd like a refund for used items that you do not like, we are happy to issue a store credit for the product(s) - you can use this credit towards your next purchase, and you don't need to return the products. The store credit is a discount code to use at checkout - if you don't want to use it, you can pass it along to a friend or family to use.
- If you'd like a refund on unopened and unused merchandise, you may return it to our warehouse for a refund (less our shipping fee of $7.95, $9.95 for AK or HI). Please note, we do not offer a return shipping label or free shipping on returns - items are returned at the customer's expense. We recommend shipping via USPS as it tends to be the least expensive (make sure you have a tracking#).
- Returns are only allowed within 45 days of purchase.
We want to make our customers happy - it is one of our goals. We also want to help customers make informed purchasing decisions, which is why we have as much information about our products as possible, along with a lot of customer reviews. Our products may look different and taste different from what you are used to - that is because we do not use any synthetic, highly refined, irradiated, diluted or sweet ingredients. We put health first and let the 100% natural, nutrient-rich ingredients sing. We encourage you to give our products a real try, at least a month (particularly with our oral care).
Does all of this equal a "satisfaction guarantee"? We know we can't guarantee satisfaction, but we try our very best. ;)
