Why is the account management part of your site so bad?
We acknowledge that currently it is not user-friendly and there are rough edges when trying to do some really basic things such as adding an item to your subscription or changing quantities.
In the future, you will have the option to self-serve using a best in class account management dashboard. We apologize for it not being very user-friendly in its current state. While it falls far below our standards, our hands are currently tied due to the limitations (and frankly poor design) implemented by Bold Commerce, the developers of the app we use for subscription management. We have voiced our concerns to the upper management team at Bold and are now working with them to make much-needed upgrades and improvements. We will not our rest until they are in place. We hope and expect you will see significant improvements soon. In the meantime, thanks for your patience and please email our support team for any subscription or order management help you need.
