How do I Update My Credit Card Information?

1. Log into your account. 
2. Click "Manage Subscriptions". You will see your current subscriptions.
3. Click "Payment Methods" in the right hand corner.
4. To update the card on file click "Add New Payment Method",
5. Enter the new card information and billing address then click "Add Payment Method" button.

Once the new card is added you MUST make sure that it is connected to your active subscriptions. 

  1. Navigate to "Shipping Addresses"  by clicking on the menu at the top
  2. Click the down arrow to the right of "Associated Payment Method". You should see the new card entered. Select the new card.
  3. Click Change Payment Method at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click Save (from the right side "cart").
